First of all, all we want is our customers to be happy with their order. That means we spend a lot of time crafting high quality designs and we partner only with the best printer company in the U.S. for creating your product. We also use only high quality products that are built to last.
Because our clothes are custom made and printed on demand we do not offer returns for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size. All sales are final.
But of course if we made a mistake from our side we will do everything to make it right!
HOW APPLY FOR A REFUND
Return/refund will be considered if:
• Your product arrived damaged
• The item is not as described
• Order never arrived
Do not ship back your product at the address on the package. Please contact us here and give us your order number and include a photo of the damaged item(s) and if the return is approved we will send you the details on how to return the product.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.
